Position: Restaurant manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor staffing levels, ensuring proper scheduling to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Lead by example in providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the service team, including captains, stewards, and other staff members.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Handle cash, process payments, and ensure financial procedures are followed.
• Analyze sales data and adjust operations to meet revenue and cost goals.
• Oversee inventory management for food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering.
• Perform regular stock audits and ensure waste management processes are followed.
• Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events or marketing campaigns.
• Monitor guest feedback and trends to improve service offerings and maintain competitive pricing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
