Job Description

We seek a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Captain to oversee our prestigious resort's culinary and dining operations.

Description:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals for the food and beverage department.
• Oversee all food and beverage operations aspects, including restaurants, room service, banquets, and special events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and wastage to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
• Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring that all team members are trained to deliver personalized and memorable experiences.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest feedback and complaints, taking proactive measures to address issues and enhance satisfaction.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for the food and beverage department, monitoring performance against targets and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of special events, weddings, and corporate functions, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including culinary techniques, menu planning, and service standards.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.

Food & Accommodation will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
