• Candidate Should have 3 years work experience in Hotel industry
• Customer service : Ensuring guests are served well and that their needs are met
• Service team management : Leading and supervising the service team during shifts
• Inventory and supplies : Planning and controlling supplies, ensuring minimum wastage, and maintaining inventory
• Food and beverage knowledge : Acquiring knowledge of the food and beverage menu and performing tasks according to the hotel's performance manual
• Cleanliness : Maintaining cleanliness in the F&B service area and practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
• Communication : Communicating with guests, other employees, and departments
• Setup and breakdown : Overseeing the setup and breakdown of service areas
• Training : Training service staff and maintaining SOP for quality
• Cost control : Controlling costs
• Menu planning : Planning menus
• Guest interaction : Addressing guest requirements and reaching out to them
F&B captains should be customer-centric, well-groomed, physically fit, and have excellent communication, observational, and team management skills. They should also be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
