• Oversee the Billing for all orders, sending KoTs to kitchen/bar as soon as order is received from guests.
• Prepare mocktails, cocktails, coffee, etc all beverages in the menu
• Engage in guest interaction in an appropriate manner, create personalized experiences, establishes a network of regular guests and keep accurate records
• Greet guests with warmth and escort them to their tables
• Ensures high quality of guest service, is visible & actively participates in service, assist in taking & serving orders
• Ensuring customer dining area is spotless at all times
• Plan events as per the customer requirements, offer menu/ drinks advice when asked and co-ordinate all planned events with kitchen and service
• Audit inventory levels of bar and service items
• Ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working order and maintained properly
• Perform closing procedures at the end of the day as instructed by management
