• Customer service : Providing excellent customer service and experience
• Training : Ensuring that all employees have received adequate training
• Team management : Handling daily team member relations and encouraging problem solving
• Inventory : Managing inventory and ordering supplies when necessary
• Compliance : Ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations
• Performance evaluations : Conducting performance evaluations for restaurant staff
• Up-selling : Using up-selling techniques to increase revenue
• Customer complaints : Attending to customer complaints and queries
• Food and beverage service standards : Recommending food and beverage service standards and implementing and following on standard operating procedure
• Dining areas : Keeping the dining areas clean and organized
• Order flow : Overseeing the proper order and flow of dishes
• Specials : Informing staff about specials and food that is sold out

QUALIFICATIONS

BHM/Diploma in Hotel Management

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Should have an overall experience between 1-3 years with min 1 year experience as an F&B Supervisor/min 2 years as F&B Assistant - supervisor of a 5 star deluxe hotel / 2-3 years of experience as F&B assistant-supervisor of a mediumsized hotel of 5 star quality.

KNOWLEDGE

• Cuisines, service standards, restaurant concepts, kitchen stewarding.
• Wines, spirits, cocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Food and wine harmony, courses menu
• Concept of luxury.

SKILLS

• Communication skills, selling and up selling skills, computer skills, team handling skills

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
