Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the food and beverage department
• Provide exemplary customer service to all guests throughout the property
• Ensure that food and beverage service standards are consistently met
• Prepare and serve food and drink items in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management for food and beverages
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in food and beverage service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?32,763.05 per month
