:
The Error Analysis Technician is responsible for analyzing defective printed circuit boards,
devices, and products that fail testing procedures. This role involves component-level
troubleshooting and reporting identified issues, ensuring efficient communication with
relevant teams to prevent recurring problems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Analysis: Analyze failed products and identify the cause of defects,
documenting the findings.
2. Issue Reporting: Notify supervisors and engineers of critical or recurring errors.
3. Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with diagnostic technicians, test
engineers, and operators to resolve issues.
4. Process Improvement: Monitor operational metrics and work on improving
efficiency, even when issues are outside the technician's direct area.
5. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and environmental
regulations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
6. Training: Participate in ongoing training and apply learned knowledge to everyday
tasks.
Required Qualifications:
? Education: Secondary technical education in electronics or electrical engineering.
? Experience: Component-level troubleshooting experience is necessary.
? Skills: Proficiency in documentation and process adherence; knowledge of English is
a plus.
