Job Description

We are seeking an experienced •FastAPI Developer • with a strong background in •PostgreSQL •. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining our backend services. You should be able to work independently, write efficient functions, and build well-architected solutions.

•Location - Indiranagar, Bengaluru. •

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain •APIs using FastAPI•.
• Write efficient and optimized queries to connect and interact with PostgreSQL databases.
• Architect and build scalable and maintainable backend systems.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implement best practices in software development and ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed APIs and backend services.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• minimum 2 years of Proven experience as a FastAPI Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and writing optimized queries.
• Solid understanding of API design and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Experience with other •backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). •
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
