• Provide personalized styling advice to help customers select suitable outfits and accessories.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by offering consistent and tailored styling services.
• Product Knowledge
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, collections, and brand offerings.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products to recommend items that meet customer requirements.
• Provide information on fabric, fit, and care instructions for garments.
• Sales and Upselling
• Assist customers in completing purchases, ensuring they find what they need.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Visual Merchandising
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure the store layout reflects current trends.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Help create displays that highlight featured collections or promotions.
• Customer Feedback and Trends
• Gather feedback from customers to understand preferences and identify trends.
• Communicate customer insights to the store or design team for potential product improvements.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
