Job description

The ideal candidate preferably based in Mumbai, will own the entire Menswear production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Managing and evaluating entire Menswear Garment production process.
• Leading and monitoring Menswear Client Orders.
• Production planning and budgeting.
• Coordinating with key internal and external production Vendors.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs
• Maintaining a safe production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Apparel Production, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in apparel production management.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, materials sourcing, and quality control/checks.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet set timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in production software and tools.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in apparel production is a plus.
