Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, sourcing, and overseeing the presentation of fashion products to maximize sales, meet market demands, and maintain brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and merchandising strategies to drive the success of our product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trend Analysis and Product Selection:
• Monitor fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify product opportunities.
• Select and recommend products that align with the brand's identity and target market.
• Product Planning and Sourcing:
• Collaborate with designers, buyers, and suppliers to ensure product assortments are relevant and profitable.
• Source materials and negotiate with vendors to maintain quality standards and budget constraints.
• Inventory Management:
• Plan stock levels and distribution to ensure the right product mix across locations.
• Monitor inventory turnover and collaborate with teams to address slow-moving products or replenish high-demand items.
• Visual Merchandising:
• Work with visual merchandising teams to create compelling displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure in-store and digital product presentations reflect the brand's image and seasonal campaigns.
• Sales Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze sales performance data to assess the success of product lines and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to adjust pricing, promotions, or assortments based on consumer behavior.
• Collaboration with Marketing:
• Partner with the marketing team to develop strategies that highlight key products and collections.
• Ensure consistency between marketing campaigns and merchandising plans.
• Customer Insights:
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and improve satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market shifts to anticipate future trends and consumer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
