Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Production:

Overseeing the production & outsourcing work.
Ensuring the overall production is meeting quality standards.
Drawing up a production line-up keeping the TAT in mind.
Working out the human and material resources needed.
Being responsible for the odd jobs like DTF heat transfer printing, pattern-cutting for specific designs, random quality-checks, etc.,
Looking after job works such as buttoning, embroidery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate from the Garment /fashion industry is surely required.
A minimum experience of 1 year in fashion design.
Sound knowledge of Mens Wear Cutting & stitching
Should have excellent leadership, administrative, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Must be able to multitask
Have a certain amount of professionalism
Be able to manage time and people efficiently
Be willing to adapt and collaborate in a startup environment
Have garment production and planning management know-how
Be able to prepare reports and plan
Able to work under pressure
Good at managing budgets
Have good communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
