Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage store sales and ensure optimal performance in meeting sales targets.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance the presentation and appeal of products.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of fashion retail trends and customer preferences.
• Utilize multiple sales channels to drive revenue and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with the team to create innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to uphold brand standards.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fashion retail and sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
