Job Description
We are a Startup Company for Luxury Swimwear and Beachwear Products and looking For a fashion Designer cum Merchandiser Who can Manage Production and Handle all Clients.
Should have experience of 3-4 years in merchandising
Sourcing for fabric and trims.
Managing communication between, factories, suppliers, and exporters.
Experience and knowledge of Swimwear fabrics.
Good experience in Garment Industry Managing production sheets swatches files & patterns. Approvals, revisions & submission of trims, and sample garments
Reviewing techpacks, fabric pitch sheets and requirements for each season's styles. Will be responsible to handle garment Costing and Production Follow up Keeping follow up with stitching department for samples, till finishing. Costing calculation . Monitor daily production reports and identifying production process . Fabric selection & dying programs. Once swatch and design approved, putting on the production.
• Production Handling.
• Handling Sampling Development
• Good interpersonal skills To handle production quality schedules.
• Regular follow ups and updates.
