Job overview :-
Analyzing data -Merchandisers monitor sales, customer feedback, and market trends to predict demand and buying patterns. They also analyze sales data to report on market growth and changes .
• Managing inventory -Merchandisers ensure that products are available in the right place and at the right time. They also monitor warehouse inventory and submit reports.
• Collaborating with others -Merchandisers work with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, marketers, and salespeople to develop merchandising plans, set prices, and create marketing strategies.
• Displaying products -Merchandisers plan how products are displayed to highlight sales and exclusive offers. They also brief staff on how to stock and rotate displays.
• Implementing discounts -Merchandisers implement discounts and seasonal sales.
• Communicating with customers Merchandisers address customer issues and communicate customer problems to the company.
