About the Internship:We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a Fashion Designing Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the fashion design process, from conceptualization to production. The intern will have the chance to contribute to real projects and develop their skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in research and concept development for upcoming collections.
- Create sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with teams to select fabrics, trims, and embellishments.
- Support in pattern-making, sample development, and fittings.
- Contribute creative input and innovative ideas to design meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, industry news, and competitor analysis.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a fashion design program or related field.
- Strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or other design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction well.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and sewing techniques is a plus.
