:We are seeking a creative and experienced Fashion Designer specializing in uniform design for the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will design and manage the production of uniforms for various departments, events, and themes, ensuring practicality, aesthetics, and alignment with the brand identity. The role requires frequent travel between Lonavala and Mumbai and collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities1. Design and Development:

• Conceptualize, design, and prototype uniforms for diverse departments:
• Front Office
• F&B Service Staff
• Chefs and Kitchen Staff
• Security Personnel
• General Staff
• Wedding/Event Themes
• Ensure designs are functional, comfortable, and aligned with the brand image.

2. Material Selection:

• Identify appropriate fabrics and materials based on durability, comfort, and aesthetics.
• Stay updated on sustainable and innovative textile options.

3. Theme and Event Customization:

• Create specialized designs for weddings, conferences, and other high-profile events.

4. Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with vendors for fabric procurement, production, and quality assurance.
• Negotiate costs and timelines to ensure timely delivery within budget.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with department heads to understand uniform requirements and preferences.
• Align designs with operational needs and branding guidelines.

6. Quality Assurance:

• Oversee production processes to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct trials and ensure uniforms meet functional and aesthetic standards.

7. Market Research:

• Stay updated on hospitality fashion trends and innovations.
• Analyze competitor designs to maintain a competitive edge.
