Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:
• Explore innovative methods of styling sarees, blouses, and garments for a new venture.
• Develop mood boards, themes, and designs for product development.
• Create sketches and prepare print-ready files for production.
• Production Management:
• Source and coordinate with vendors and labor for pre-production sample development.
• Oversee production processes to ensure high-quality standards.
• Ecommerce Management:
• Manage and update the company website, banners, and promotions as needed.
• Maintain and update product listings on the website and marketplaces.
• Monitor inventory, project stock requirements, and coordinate refills.
• Track orders, shipping, and returns while addressing customer reviews and emails.
• Prepare reports on sales, fast-moving/slow-moving products, and overall website performance.
• Marketing & Performance Support:
• Provide support for website performance marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager by sharing product details, pricing, and availability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fashion design, merchandising, or ecommerce roles.
• Familiarity with ecommerce portals, Shopify, and website management.
• Strong design skills with proficiency in preparing print-ready files.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and detail-oriented abilities.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
