We seeking a passionate and creative Kids Ethnic Fashion Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Kids Ethnic Fashion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating unique, culturally inspired fashion collections for children. Your designs will celebrate diversity, showcase traditional elements, and bring a contemporary twist to kids' ethnic wear.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Design: Create original, trendsetting designs for kids' ethnic fashion, including but not limited to dresses, suits, and separates, rooted in various cultural traditions.

Market Research: Stay updated on current fashion trends, cultural influences, and emerging design concepts to ensure the collection is both culturally rich and fashionable.

Fabric Selection: Choose appropriate fabrics that are comfortable for children while ensuring they enhance the aesthetics of the design.

Pattern Development: Create detailed sketches, patterns, and technical drawings for manufacturing, considering various sizes and age groups.

Quality Assurance: Work closely with the production team to oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring the final products meet design specifications and quality standards.

Innovation: Continuously brainstorm and innovate, introducing fresh design elements that differentiate the collection from competitors.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan product launches and promotional strategies, and to understand customer feedback and preferences.

Customization: Be open to custom design requests from clients, tailoring outfits to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a fashion designer, particularly in kids' ethnic wear.
• Strong portfolio showcasing original design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Corel Draw, Clo3D, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. and technical design skills.
• Knowledge of fabric selection, sourcing, and production processes.
• Creative flair, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for cultural diversity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
