- Develop and update training materials and lesson plans.
- Conduct interactive training sessions on fashion design techniques and software.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Pattern making
- Garment Construction
- Surface Ornamentation
- Textile Design
- Illustration
- Fashion Merchandising
- Fashion CAD
- Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain student records.
- Handle communication with students, parents, and staff.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to training and admin activities.
- Assist in organizing events and workshops.
- Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- 5 years of fashion industry experience with a strong portfolio.
- Teaching or training experience preferred.
- Proficiency in fashion design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Administrative experience is a plus.
