Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for translating fashion trends into innovative and unique garments that resonate with our target audience. Your ability to sketch, draft patterns, and construct garments will be pivotal in bringing our creative vision to life.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design new clothing and accessory collections in line with seasonal trends and brand aesthetics.
• Create sketches, detailed technical drawings, and prototypes using computer-aided design (CAD) software or traditional hand techniques.
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas, plan collections, and select fabrics, colors, and accessories.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, materials, and techniques.
• Attend fashion shows, trade shows, and industry events to stay abreast of the latest fashion trends and technologies.
• Ensure that final designs meet quality standards and product specifications.
• Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to oversee the production process and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or similar role in the fashion industry.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and innovative designs.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools.
• Solid knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, sewing techniques, and current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or relevant field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,700.65 - ?35,000.00 per month
