We are looking for a passionate and skilled Fashion Designer with expertise in T-shirt and unique clothing design to join our creative team and help us elevate our offerings to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development
• Research and create innovative designs based on brand guidelines and market trends.
• Develop mood boards and themes for seasonal collections.
• Design Creation
• Produce original patterns, graphics, and illustrations using software like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Procreate.
• Design detailed sketches, technical drawings, and mockups for apparel concepts.
• Fabric and Material Selection
• Suggest and source fabrics and materials suitable for designs, ensuring quality and budget alignment.
• Pattern and Sample Development
• Develop accurate patterns for garments or oversee pattern-making processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturers or tailors to create prototypes, ensuring they meet design specifications.
• Market Research
• Stay updated with current fashion trends, competitor collections, and customer preferences.
• Incorporate customer feedback to align designs with market demands.
• Production Collaboration
• Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Prepare detailed tech packs, including measurements, sewing instructions, and material details.
• Cost and Sustainability Management
• Develop cost-effective design solutions without compromising innovation and quality.
• Integrate sustainable and ethical practices into the design and production processes.
• Revisions and Finalization
• Adapt designs based on feedback to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics.
• Ensure timely delivery of final designs and print-ready files.
• Presentation
• Present concepts and collections to clients or stakeholders with professionalism and creativity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate.
• Strong illustration, sketching, and technical drawing skills (manual and digital).
• Knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and fabric properties.
• Excellent understanding of menswear/womenswear fashion trends and aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing and marketing teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• Passion for fashion, creativity, and innovation.
