Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:
• Create innovative and trendsetting designs for Indian ethnic wear, with a primary focus on salwar suits for party and casual wear.
• Develop seasonal collections, incorporating traditional craftsmanship and contemporary trends.
• Create detailed sketches, patterns, and tech packs for production.
• Fabric and Material Selection:
• Research and select appropriate fabrics, embellishments, and materials to suit each design.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality materials.
• Collaboration with the Production Team:
• Work closely with the manufacturing unit to ensure designs are accurately produced.
• Provide guidance on embroidery, stitching, and finishing techniques.
• Oversee sampling and approve final products.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
• Incorporate market insights into designs to cater to niche customer demands.
• Client Interaction:
• Collaborate with clients for custom designs and ensure their expectations are met.
• Provide creative input and styling advice during consultations.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all designs meet the boutique's standards for quality, craftsmanship, and originality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Fashion Design or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in designing Indian ethnic wear, preferably with a focus on salwar suits.Freshers also considered
• Strong knowledge of Indian textiles, embroidery techniques, and design trends.
• Excellent sketching and illustration skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
