Fashion Designer
Job Description
Design Development:
• Create innovative and trend-setting designs for Dupattas using digital printing techniques.
• Develop patterns, motifs, and color palettes aligned with the brand's vision and market trends.
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize seasonal collections.
Production Collaboration:
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Oversee sample development and provide timely feedback for corrections or improvements.
• Ensure all prints meet quality standards in terms of color consistency and material suitability.
Market Research:
• Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' offerings.
• Incorporate customer feedback to enhance design appeal.
Material Selection:
• Identify suitable fabrics and textures for Dupattas that complement digital prints.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure high-quality materials.
Presentation & Branding:
• Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and lookbooks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support marketing teams with design input for promotional campaigns.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
