We are looking for a person who having interest to design new things, we want establish a fashion brand specializing in women\'s and children\'s apparel. We are dedicated to crafting exquisite garments that blend traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics. We are currently seeking a creative and skilled Fashion Designer or Intern to join our vibrant team and contribute to our dynamic design projects. Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop clothing items and collections specifically focused on dresses for women and children.
- Work collaboratively with the design team to brainstorm, sketch, and prototype new garment designs.
- Apply knowledge of fabric, embellishments, and color theory to create compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Perform tailoring adjustments and modifications to existing designs to ensure optimal fit and comfort.
- Incorporate embroidery and other decorative elements into designs, considering both aesthetics and practicality.
- Assist in selecting materials and accessories for design projects.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and incorporate relevant elements into designs.
- Participate in fittings, and adjust designs as needed based on feedback.
- Degree or current enrollment in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, especially in women\xe2\x80\x99s and children\xe2\x80\x99s dresses.
- Experience in tailoring and garment construction.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of embroidery techniques and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in a fashion design role.
- Hands-on experience with machine and hand embroidery.
