Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development:

o Create clothing patterns suitable for mass production.

o Design collections for women, men, and kids in alignment with Zoiya's sustainable ethos.

2. Fabric & Material Selection:

o Test and finalize fabrics, colors, patterns, and textures for each design.

o Collaborate with sourcing teams to procure sustainable materials.

3. Production Oversight:

o Conduct fittings, finalize designs, and oversee production processes.

o Determine pricing strategies based on material and labor costs.

4. Market Awareness & Trend Analysis:

o Stay updated on fashion trends to design competitive collections.

o Develop designs that resonate with target audiences and market demand.

5. Vendor & Supplier Coordination:

o Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and production units.

o Ensure timely and quality-driven procurement of materials.

6. Team Collaboration & Marketing Support:

o Work with marketing teams to promote collections eWectively.

o Support photoshoots and campaigns by collaborating with models and stylists.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 9-10 years of experience in apparel design, with exposure to sustainable fabrics preferred.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
• Strong understanding of textiles, patterns, and garment construction.
• Excellent creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing vendors, suppliers, and production timelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
