Job Description

We are seeking a ideal candidate will have a passion for children's fashion and an understanding of design, trends, and fabric selection, with the ability to create appealing, practical, and high-quality clothing collections for baby girls. You will play an essential role in designing, developing, and producing stylish, comfortable, and functional garments for our target market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop original and seasonal designs for baby girls' readymade garments, considering style, comfort, safety, and trends.
• Product Development: Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are converted into high-quality products, adhering to size specifications and fabric choices.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, particularly in the children's clothing market, and incorporate them into design concepts.
• Sketching & Technical Drawings: Create detailed technical sketches and specifications for garment production, including measurements, construction techniques, and finishing details.
• Sample Review: Oversee the creation of garment samples and make necessary adjustments to improve design, fit, or functionality.
• Quality Control: Ensure that designs meet company standards for quality, functionality, and safety, particularly focusing on comfort and ease of wear for babies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with pattern makers, production staff, and suppliers to ensure designs are executed to perfection.
• Documentation: Maintain clear records of designs, patterns, and specifications for future reference and production needs.
• Market Research: Monitor customer feedback, competitor designs, and sales data to refine and improve garment designs over time.

Pay: ?11,767.07 - ?25,000.00 per month
