Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer Intern to join our team in Mohali for a 6-month internship. As a Fashion Designer Intern, you will work closely with our experienced design team to develop and create innovative fashion designs. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of fashion design, from concept development to fabric sourcing and design implementation. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create fashion designs that align with our brand's vision and target audience.
• Use Canva and Photoshop to create digital sketches and mood boards for design presentations and collections.
• Assist in fabric sourcing, including researching and identifying suitable materials for upcoming projects.
• Participate in design thinking sessions to brainstorm and develop creative design solutions.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure the accurate execution of design concepts.
• Assist with sample development and garment fitting sessions.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by the senior designers and management.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed a Fashion Designing Course or be currently enrolled in a relevant program.
• Minimum of 6 months of previous internship or work experience in a fashion design role.
• Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop for creating digital designs and mood boards.
• Strong knowledge of fabric sourcing and an eye for quality materials.
• Demonstrated design thinking skills to develop creative and innovative solutions.
• Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
