Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
• Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the executive.
• Project Coordination
• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Track and follow up on action items, project updates, and deadlines.
• Communication Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft, proofread, and edit communications, including memos, emails, and reports.
• Confidentiality and Data Management
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure its secure storage.
• Maintain organized records, files, and databases for easy retrieval.
• Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
• Implement tools and techniques to improve productivity for the executive and team.
