Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
Ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customer\xe2\x80\x99s order
Upsell extra items when appropriate, such as mattress covers and bed frames
Invite customers to search our website for coupons and other ways to save money
Inform customers of delivery charge and make sure they know we\xe2\x80\x99ll haul away old mattresses
1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 retail sales experience preferred
High school diploma/GED required
High-energy, friendly personality
Capable of interpreting customers\xe2\x80\x99 words and showing them products that meet their needs
Basic addition and subtraction skills
Willingness to become subject matter expert
