We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fashion Advisor to join our dynamic team at Manyavar. As a Fashion Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in selecting the perfect ethnic clothing pieces. You will need to have a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabric types, and ethnic clothing styles.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our brand's ethnic clothing collection, including fabrics, styles, and sizing.
• Fashion Advice: Provide personalized fashion advice to customers based on their preferences, body type, and occasion.
• Sales: Actively promote and sell our ethnic clothing products to meet sales targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist with maintaining a visually appealing and organized store layout.
• Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels and ensure accurate product information.
• Computer Skills: Utilize our point-of-sale system and other computer applications for sales transactions, customer data management, and inventory tracking.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in fashion, particularly ethnic clothing.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Knowledge of fabrics, styles, and trends in ethnic clothing.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
• Previous experience in retail or fashion industry is preferred but not required.
