Responsible for acquisition of FAS customers through the in-house direct sales force or in a referral model through intra-bank channels. 2. Responsible for territory mapping, monitoring productivity levels, organizing sales promotions, monitoring competition activity, development of subordinates. 3. Responsible for achieving the target at segment level for respective region. 4. Responsible for achieving the target at segment level for respective region. 5. Train the entire branch and OBST channels for FAS product. 6. To undertake periodic self-assessment on key controls to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls 7. Assist in coordinating, facilitating and promoting understanding of operational risk and in implementation and management of OR within the Unit 8. Ensure all processes & policies are followed. Ensure that there are no operating losses/ Frauds. 9. Ensure utilization for the OD accounts is healthy and revenue budgets are met 10. One point contact for anything related to FAS within the allocated region. 11. Create monthly MIS to track the lead and follow up on the leads. 12. Regularly monitor the accounts for the region to ensure pricing, limit etc. is are at levels to ensure healthy profitability 13. Manage contacts in the markets related to the product to ensure competition information is undated and SCB should be able to react 14. TAT of the product should be in line with competition
