Overview We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager for our 100+ acre farm. The job role broadly has 2 sub-roles- 1) Visiting the farm as and when needed and ensuring smooth operations 2) Working as a part of the General Administration Team from our Hyderabad office Responsibilities at the Farm
- Oversee and handle all the aspects of cultivation
- Provide direction and guidance to the ground team - Take care of execution
- Document progress and maintain log
- Prepare cultivation plans & budgets - Record expenses
- Work in co-ordination with agriculture scientists and the Agriculture Department
- Keep the management duly updated on all the aspects
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, etc.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Carry out market research as and when needed
- Take care of all the operational aspects
- Minimum 2 years of experience of working in a farm - Having knowledge of organic / natural farming is a plus
- Must have bachelor\'s degree in agriculture or related fields - Master\'s degree is a plus
- Must own a laptop & a 2-wheeler
- Languages - English & Telugu - Req. Level: Good (written & oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Day shift
