The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the farm, including crop and livestock production, budget management, maintenance of equipment and facilities, and coordinating farmworkers. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a farm, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and have a passion for agriculture. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in agriculture, business management, or related field At least 5 years of experience in farm management, including crop and livestock production Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and strategic planning Knowledge of agricultural equipment and facilities maintenance Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and farm management software Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and make decisions under pressure Passion for agriculture and commitment to sustainable farming practices
