Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Household Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the household, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Wine Knowledge: Possess extensive knowledge about wines, including selection, pairing, serving, and storage. Maintain the family's wine inventory and make recommendations for new purchases.
• Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute family events and gatherings, ensuring all aspects, including dining and service, are handled with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Personal Assistance: Provide personalized service to family members, including but not limited to, arranging travel, managing schedules, and fulfilling specific requests.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate household staff, ensuring duties are performed effectively and harmoniously.
• Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters related to the family and household.
• Guest Services: Provide exceptional service to family guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a butler or in a similar high-level service role.
• Formal training in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of wines, including sommelier certification or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate needs and provide exceptional service.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Additional Skills:

• Culinary knowledge and experience in meal planning and preparation.
• Familiarity with luxury household operations and standards.
• Ability to manage budgets and household expenses.
• Proficiency in managing household technology and smart home systems.
• Language skills and cultural sensitivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
