Team Leader - Telecalling :- We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual. He/she should have pleasing personality and excellent communication skills. Lead a team of 4-5 associates.- Servicing of leads generated from the ATL and BTL marketing activities and driving productivity in terms of walk-ins and bookings from the Contact Centre team.- Lead nurturing and strategic lead business management to ensure the right product is pitched to the customers using a consultative approach; thus adding to revenues at no additional cost towards lead generation- Call Centre Agent Training : Training the team on Presales operations- Managing various reports for all of the above operations- Data management- Vendor Management- Call Quality monitoring- End to End presales lead generation process acquisition, nurturing, closure & transition.- Managing contact Centre operations in an outsourced tele-calling set-up for a specific campaign.- Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with vendor partners, internal stakeholders & team members.- Responsible for customer insights, analytics and predictive buying behavior\'s leading to better prospect segmentation, profile targeting & product positioning.- Timely reporting and MIS generation for business and campaign performance- Responsible for call quality and on-call customer experience- Responsible for process optimizations at various levels such as data management,Industry : Real Estate, PropertyImmediate joiner are preferred.Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturday\'s off & Sunday\'s fix off) (ref:updazz.com)
