Our presence is in 8 Metropolitan cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi NCR and Ahmedabad.Job Requirement :- 6 months - 2 years of experience is required.- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.- Able to work independently.- The candidate must be comfortable visiting different locations which is required by the company.- Should be fluent in English and Hindi.- Immediate joiners would be a preferred.Roles and Responsibilities :- Sourcing commercial property.- Verification of commercial properties.- Communicating both verbal and written.- Managing commercial property details.- Updating the support team with proper information.- Assisting sales team with property inspection and other requirements.Qualifications :- Graduate/Postgraduate any Discipline.Additional Skills :- Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Exposure.- Location: Mumbai ( Andheri East- Chakala)- Monday - Saturday ( 9:45 am - 6:30 pm)- Alternate Saturdays off + Sunday Fix offBenefits :- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Provident FundSchedule : Day shiftFixed shift : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off, Sunday\'s Fix off) (ref:updazz.com)
