This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to effectively present and promote properties.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation:Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, tele-calling and direct inquiries- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target demographics.- Client Engagement:- Initiate contact with potential clients and maintain a database of leads.- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and messages.- Property Presentations:- Present and explain property features, pricing, and other relevant details to potential buyers.- Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.- Sales Support:Assist the sales team with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.Provide detailed and accurate information to clients regarding the property and the buying process.- Market Analysis:- Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.- Analyze market data to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.Follow up with leads to convert them into potential buyers.- Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and sales progress.Qualifications:Education: Minimum 12th Standard / HSC or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.Experience: Previous experience in a pre-sales or tele-calling in the real estate industry.Skills:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Additional Requirements:- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Job Location :- Andheri East - ChakalaIMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED (ref:updazz.com)
