Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and experienced educators to join our team for the JEE/NEET School Integrated Program. The ideal candidates will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, preparing them for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET, and ensuring excellent academic results.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery :
• Plan and deliver high-quality lectures for JEE/NEET preparation in the assigned subject(s).
• Integrate board syllabus with JEE/NEET topics seamlessly.
• Academic Planning :
• Prepare structured lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments.
• Conduct regular assessments and mock tests to track student progress.
• Mentorship and Guidance :
• Provide individual attention and mentorship to students to address their academic needs.
• Motivate and guide students towards achieving their career goals.
• Coordination :
• Collaborate with the school faculty to ensure synchronization between school and competitive exam preparations.
• Attend departmental meetings and contribute to program improvement initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes for JEE/NEET.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education : Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject (Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry/Biology) from a recognized university. A PhD is a plus.
• Experience : Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching or similar programs.
• Skills :
• Expertise in the subject with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in using digital teaching tools and resources.

Pay: Up to ?70,000.00 per month
