Job Title: DTP (Desktop Publishing) Faculty

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and knowledgeable DTP Instructor to join our faculty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop publishing, graphic design software, and an understanding of visual communication principles. This role involves delivering engaging instruction, developing course materials, and mentoring students in the practical applications of DTP in various media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lectures and hands-on workshops on desktop publishing techniques and software.
• Create and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide individualized support to students during lab sessions and projects.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams.
• Stay current with industry trends and updates in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career pathways in graphic design and publishing.
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance the curriculum and teaching methods.
• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and outreach activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in DTP software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• Previous teaching experience in a higher education setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
