Quantitative Aptitude Faculty

Responsibilities:

• Teach mathematical concepts such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, number systems, probability, permutations, and data interpretation.
• Prepare students for competitive exams (e.g., CAT, GRE, SSC, IBPS, GMAT).
• Develop problem-solving strategies and shortcut techniques.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, or engineering.
• Familiarity with exam patterns and trends for aptitude-based tests.
• Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts.

Skills:

• Proficiency in mental math and quantitative reasoning.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills.

2. Reasoning Faculty

Responsibilities:

• Teach logical reasoning, analytical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and non-verbal reasoning.
• Develop practice sessions for solving puzzles, seating arrangements, coding-decoding, and syllogisms.
• Train students for reasoning sections in exams like IBPS, SSC, CAT, and campus placements.

Qualifications:

• Background in education, psychology, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with reasoning question patterns for competitive exams.
• Creativity in designing reasoning exercises.

Skills:

• Logical thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to explain abstract reasoning concepts in simple terms.
• Engagement through interactive teaching methods.

3. English Faculty

Responsibilities:

• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, sentence correction, and verbal ability.
• Train students for interviews, group discussions, and written communication.
• Develop modules for improving spoken and written English.

Qualifications:

• Degree in English literature, linguistics, or education.
• Certification in English language teaching (e.g., CELTA, TESOL) is an advantage.
• Experience in competitive exam preparation (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, GRE).

Skills:

• Strong command of English language and grammar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to develop engaging exercises for language learning.

4. General Knowledge/General Studies (GK/GS) Faculty

Responsibilities:

• Teach topics such as history, geography, polity, economy, science, and current affairs.
• Prepare students for competitive exams like UPSC, SSC, and state-level exams.
• Stay updated on national and international news and trends.

Qualifications:

• Strong academic background in general studies subjects (e.g., political science, economics, history, geography, or related fields).
• Awareness of exam patterns and syllabus requirements.
• Experience with research and teaching current affairs.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of static GK and dynamic current affairs.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into relatable examples.
• Proficiency in creating visual aids like charts and diagrams for teaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?7,500.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
