Job Overview: The firm seeks to provide quality online distance programs for candidates who wish to continue their higher education through distance mode. It is the responsibility of the Instructional Design intern to structure and develop the course material for subjects under the guidance of the Lead Instructional Designer. This includes developing lesson plans for the online lectures, designing the accompanying presentations, supplementary resources, and assignments. The faculty has to deliver the course as pre-recorded video lectures and render the syllabus in a piece-meal manner to the students. It is their responsibility to present the matter in an engaging manner, in a mix of Malayalam and English, in tune with the needs of the target audience. It is the role of the intern to develop efficient methods of teaching and delivery for presenting the course content, thereby ensuring faculty-student engagement. Requirements:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Psychology
• 2 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in teaching is preferred

Training, Skills, Knowledge, and/or Experience

• Proficiency in English and Malayalam languages, both of which may be employed in teaching, according to the requirement of student batches.
• Ability to present lectures in an engaging manner in front of the camera, and to connect with an imagined audience.
• Excellent technical skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, current eLearning development tools and system integrations for learning delivery.
• Experience with eLearning delivery and curation systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to balance multiple projects and execute tasks within strictly stipulated timelines.
