Job Responsibilities



Classroom


• Create a lecture plan including a standard timeline on the domain-specific subject.
• Conduct classes with special emphasis on conceptual clarity.
• Ability to manage multiple batches of classes every day.
• Conduct tests and their discussions.
• Developing, reviewing and updating course materials, including class notes and daily assignments.
• Interactive Doubt Clearing Sessions at regular intervals.


YouTube


• Conducting programmes related to SSC courses on our YouTube channel.
• Adhere to academic standards set by Drishti.
• Brainstorm materials and activities for such programmes.


Publications


• Work in close coordination with Content Head for Books.
• Review content from related publications of Drishti SSC.
• Initiate projects and contribute ideas towards new publications.

Teachers with passion or proven track record in field of SSC exams.


Major KRA (SMART)



Minimum Experience :- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in SSC or similar competitive exam coaching

Relevant/Additional Experience :-


• Faculty with expertise in all segments of a subject will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong recognition and proven results in the field are preferred.
