Company SICOMS ( Sadanam Institute of Commerce & Management Studies, started in 2008 by Mr Ravikumar K. An IIM Ahemedabad 1976 batch . So far we have achieved 100% placements and now we have started 15th batch. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pathiripala, Palghat for a Faculty member in Marketing Management. The Faculty member will be responsible for teaching Marketing Management courses and developing course material, as well as advising and mentoring students. The Faculty member will also contribute to the overall academic and research agenda of the institute. Qualifications Ph.D. in Marketing Management or a related field, or a master\'s degree with significant industry experience Demonstrated proficiency in Marketing Management, Advertising, Brand Management, Market Research, Consumer Behavior, and related fields Ability to design and deliver curriculum and assessments, as well as advise and mentor students Experience in leading research projects and publishing in reputable academic journals Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently Demonstrated commitment to academic excellence and the advancement of knowledge in Marketing Management
