Requirements:

MBA / MHA in Hospital Administration

Software knowledge - MS office

Experience needs to be increased from the 7+ years industry and minimum 2+year teaching in relevant domain with any vocational training institutes / college Or VRS / Retired professionals with relevant industry experience who would be passionate in teaching can also apply.

Trainer R&R

Quality in teaching

Create the content of the subject allotted.

Understand the industry need, based on that the content creation and delivery should be planned.

Create the pool of Question papers for subject allotted.

Create the Delivery Schedule of the subject allotted

Mentoring the students on the next level of career guidance

Create the course curriculum for any new modules added in the subject and get the approval.

Get the periodic updates from all the Lead Trainer on the new update on the subject.

Continuous Monitoring system of all the students

Periodic analyse on the training outcome of all the students

Based on the feedback of the student's outcome do necessary update in the subjects and give the brush-up session on the topics

Create the weekly & monthly delivery report and share it with all the stakeholders.

Support in getting the internship and identifying placement opportunities for students.

Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)

Active participation in college for technical work shop / seminar as a resource person to deliver the session

The faculty should be willing to travel anywhere in the South India training centre/ colleges based on the requirements.

Content Creation

Get the TOT from the Lead Trainer

Learn and update new technologies.

Continuous Monitoring system for all the students

Maintain proper Delivery Calendar

Maintain the reports and update the to the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
