Ensure full compliance with statutory food hygiene, food safety legislation & health & safety codes of practice.
Contribute to the implementation & upkeep of Food Safety Management Systems & training to ensure the smooth running of the service.

To ensure that all Health, Safety, & Hygiene procedures are followed and assist in the maintenance of high standards of Health & Safety throughout the college.
Demonstrating and training all food production related theory and practical lectures.
Should have the ability to coordinate with faculty members of the department.
Should be able to conduct classes through audio and visual methods.

Should have an in-depth knowledge of the subject.
Should have a passion for teaching the students and understanding their educational requirements.
Should be able to grasp the complex information and convey the same to the students in a simplified form.
Should be able to advice and counsel the students on their career prospects.

Should have excellent time management and organizational skills along with computer proficiency.
