- Well versed in hotel operations
- Computer savvy
- Experience of at least 4 years in operations with reputed hotel chains
- experience in teaching and/or departmental training activities
- Exposure to modern hotel kitchen as well as traditional methods of cooking
- Exposure to wide array of kitchen equipment
- Industry exposure to 2 - 3 types of cuisines Knowledge about cost control & finance activities related to kitchen.
