JOB DESCRIPTION:
A job description for a CNC Operator typically includes the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
• Operating CNC Machines : Setting up and managing CNC turn-mill machines to perform various machining operations.
• Reading and Interpreting Blueprints : Understanding process requirements as per process drawings and starting production accordingly.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving : Identifying and resolving issues that arise during machining operations.
• Quality Control : Ensuring the parts produced meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Tool Selection and Maintenance : Selecting appropriate tools and maintaining them to ensure optimal performance
Qualifications:
Experience : 0 to 1 yr
Technical Skills : Knowledge of CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and machining processes.
Education : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Attention to Detail : Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
