Job Title: Factory Worker - FMCG

:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as factory workers in an FMCG production unit. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting various production line activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment for product manufacturing and packaging.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure cleanliness in the workspace.
• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform quality checks on products and report any discrepancies.
• Work in collaboration with supervisors and fellow workers to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of production activities.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of factory safety practices.
• Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing units is preferred but not mandatory.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum qualification: ITI (2021-2024 Graduates only).

Working Hours:

• Full-time, rotational shifts may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?14,500.00 per month

• Quarterly bonus
