Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the factory and achieving production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize factory productivity
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage and train factory staff
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
• Oversee inventory management and procurement processes
Experience
•
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
